2. Merch Orders & Shipping

If you ordered something from my merch store and:

Haven't received your order confirmation,
Need help with tracking,
Got the wrong size or item, or
Something arrived damaged —

Email enquiry.prithwishadhikary+orders@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll sort it out as fast as possible.

Important:

Please include your full name, order number, and any photos (if applicable). Makes things much quicker.

3. Event or Ticket Support

For questions about live shows, meet-and-greets, or ticketing issues, hit up enquiry.prithwishadhikary+events@gmail.com.

If your ticket was bought through a partner (like BookMyShow, Dice, or Ticketmaster), you'll need to contact their support directly — they handle refunds and access codes.
