Thirteen years in the making
Blueprints in my veins since I was five
And now we here
They told me "make it simple" but my pen been heavy metal
Turning alphabets to weapons, every letter’s sentimental
Built a palace in my brain, ain’t no rent, just fundamentals
Life’s a chessboard, every move’s a multi-level mental
Diamonds in the dirt, I was mining with my hands
When the world was throwing pebbles, I was building master plans
Made a blueprint in the sandbox, made a thesis in the sand
Every rhyme’s a constellation, you just can’t see where it lands
We carry gold but it’s heavy like a cross
Every gain is just a shadow of the loss
They can’t read it, so they claim it’s random chatter
But some questions got no answer, don’t matter
They’re carryin’ too much diamond treasures
I’m a fuckin’ good one, havin’ bad features
If you take a look about my Merriam-Webster
Love is the only question havin’ zero answer
I stitched pain into the seams of my coat
Every metaphor’s a lifeboat that I keep afloat
I been talking to the mirror like it’s ancient scripture
Every crack in the glass still paints a perfect picture
They see four lines, I see four hundred meanings
They see rhymes, I see life, layered in the ceilings
If God’s testing patience, then I’m still not a quitter
I’ve been sharpening my blade since my hands were still littler
Thirteen years
Not a trend, not a wave, not an accident
Just a boy with a blueprint
Now a man with an atlas
We carry gold but it’s heavy like a cross
Every gain is just a shadow of the loss
They can’t read it, so they claim it’s random chatter
But some questions got no answer, don’t matter
